Creamy Garlic Tuscan Shrimp
A rich and creamy Italian-inspired dish with succulent shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a garlic parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb Large shrimp, peeled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups Fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
